Pair Play Entertainment Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending an event.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or participating in any Pair Play Entertainment activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to follow all event rules and guidelines.
Pair Play Entertainment reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet our requirements or violates our policies.
2. Events & Participation
Pair Play Entertainment organizes social and speed dating events designed to bring people together in a fun, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Our events may include singles, couples, gay men, lesbians, and lifestyle-friendly couples.
Participation is voluntary, and Pair Play Entertainment does not guarantee matches, romantic connections, friendships, or any specific outcome.
Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow instructions provided by event hosts.
Event locations, schedules, and formats may change when necessary.
3. Ticket Purchases, Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- More than 5 days before the event: Participants may cancel their reservation and request a refund.
- Within 5 days of the event: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five (5) calendar days of the scheduled event.
- No-shows: Participants who fail to attend an event without prior cancellation will not receive a refund or credit.
- Late arrivals: Participants who arrive too late to participate are not guaranteed admission or a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Pair Play Entertainment.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to any applicable nonrefundable processing fees disclosed at purchase.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Pair Play Entertainment
Pair Play Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to circumstances such as weather, venue issues, insufficient registration, safety concerns, or other unforeseen situations.
If Pair Play Entertainment cancels an event, participants will be offered either:
- A full refund of the event ticket price.
- A credit toward a future event.
If an event is rescheduled and a participant cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund or transfer their ticket to another available event.
5. Code of Conduct
Pair Play Entertainment is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
All participants must treat other guests, hosts, and venue employees with courtesy and respect.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
- Discrimination or offensive behavior.
- Unwanted physical contact or advances.
- Threatening or aggressive behavior.
- Disrespecting another participant’s personal boundaries.
- Disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
Pair Play Entertainment has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or threatening behavior.
Anyone violating these rules may be removed from an event without a refund and may be prohibited from attending future events.
6. Personal Responsibility & Safety
Participants are responsible for their own behavior, decisions, and personal safety.
Pair Play Entertainment encourages everyone to exercise good judgment when interacting with others, exchanging personal information, or arranging meetings outside our events.
Pair Play Entertainment does not conduct background checks on participants unless specifically stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for the personal actions, statements, or conduct of participants outside our organized events.
7. Matches & Connections
Our goal is to create opportunities for meaningful, face-to-face connections.
However, Pair Play Entertainment cannot guarantee that participants will find a match, develop a relationship, or establish any particular connection.
Any decision to exchange contact information or communicate after an event is voluntary and remains the responsibility of the individuals involved.
8. Privacy & Personal Information
Pair Play Entertainment respects the privacy of its participants.
Personal information collected during registration will be used for event coordination, communication, registration management, and other legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not sell participants’ personal contact information to other attendees.
Match information and contact details will only be shared according to the matching process and permissions communicated to participants.
9. Photography & Video
Photographs or videos may be taken during Pair Play Entertainment events for promotional or marketing purposes.
Participants will be informed when event photography or filming is planned.
Anyone who does not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify event staff before the event begins.
10. Third-Party Venues & Services
Pair Play Entertainment may work with independent venues, payment processors, ticketing platforms, and other service providers.
Participants must follow all applicable venue rules and regulations.
Pair Play Entertainment is not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party businesses, except where responsibility is imposed by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participants voluntarily attend Pair Play Entertainment events and acknowledge that social interactions involve personal choices and certain inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pair Play Entertainment and its owners, employees, hosts, and representatives are not responsible for losses or damages arising from personal interactions, unsuccessful matches, or circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, Pair Play Entertainment’s total liability for a claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the event giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Pair Play Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Any changes will be posted on our website. Updated terms will apply to purchases and registrations made after the changes take effect.
13. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or attending a Pair Play Entertainment event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
